This is a two story plus basement modern house in a canyon setting. The main goal was to capture and show the beautiful view of the ocean as much as possible by our touch of indoor/outdoor windows to the bedrooms and living room. The main house has 4 bedrooms and a library in the higher level and a media and maid room in the basement. There is also a nice wreck-room under the infinity pool, which is a separate full suite guest house.

The design was challenging due to the Home Owner’s Association’s strict and hands-on approach with the plan, square footage and design, materials, paint and even the landscaping of the house.
