This is a 17000 SF mansion which was sold during construction for 25 million dollars to Elon Musk (CEO of Tesla and SpaceX). Since the lot was on a very steep slope, we managed to create a huge backyard by building a big 2 bedroom guest house underneath. The house itself is two stories with 5 bedrooms, a maid room and a media room. We gave the rooms and living room an indoor/outdoor feel to bring in the beautiful view of the city.
