This was a major remodeling project of a 3 bedroom modern 50s style house which was in a bad shape. The remodeling took place in 3 stages. We tried to keep the modern 50s spirit of the house but completely relocated the kitchen and added a lot of square footage. The house is located in a beautiful canyon setting which we took advantage of by using big windows and glass doors to capture the wonderful view.

  The backyard was a completely separate big project in itself. Initially, this house didn’t have a backyard just an unusable small and very steep land filled with wild vegetations. We created the beautiful backyard by leveling the field and adding two nice size decks on big caissons and adding an infinity pool.
