This building was the second part of a two house project. It’ a big 3000 sq ft 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths plus an office modern two story Smart Home with soaring ceilings built on a very steep slope in a canyon setting. Designing the retain walls and creating space for parking were two of the major challenges of this project. We managed to create a very cute courtyard and a nice backyard despite of the restriction of this lot. Street parking is very limited on Beverly Glen road due to the street traffic and being on a canyon. We managed to create a nice street parking space for 3-5 guest cars, which is a nice addition to the 3 car garage under the building itself.
