This building was part of a two house project. It’ a 4000 sq ft 3 bedrooms, an office and 6 baths modern two story Smart House built on a very steep slope just above sunset blvd. Designing the retain walls and creating space for parking were two of the major challenges of this project. We managed to create a very cute courtyard and a nice backyard despite of the restriction of this lot. The balconies and the beautiful rooftop garden help capture the wonderful view of the canyon. Street parking is very limited on Beverly Glen road due to the street traffic and being on a canyon. We managed to create a nice street parking space for 3-5 guest cars, which is a nice addition to the 3 car garage under the building itself.
